The Point Defender PD500™ is a point location intrusion detection system designed for fence deployment. It is the only copper fence sensor with cut-tolerance. By utilizing the Fiber SenSys patented End-toEnd Correlation (E2EC™) technology, performance and reliability are greatly improved over other systems.
End-to-End Correlation is accomplished by sending and receiving signals from both ends of the sensing cable. The data from each end is compared and correlated. For an alarm to occur, the intrusion must be seen and verified at the same place and at the same time.
